I was exhausted. Years of medical training evaporated under an avalanche of forms, charts, billing/coding, and prior authorizations. Every hour spent on paperwork took away from the time my patients deserved.

Rushed visits, frustrated patients– the system left me feeling depressed and unfulfilled. I couldn’t provide the holistic and preventive care I envisioned. I spent evenings finishing up charts instead of spending time with my babies. I felt awful rushing through my prayers.

This wasn’t medicine- it was a broken system. I knew there had to be a better way. Instead of leaving medicine altogether I took one last leap of faith.

I invested in tens of thousands of dollars into coaching, courses and systems- and through lots of trial and error (and failling forward.. and pivoting) I ended up with the micro-practice of my dreams.
